Short read with no real insight. The content is very high level, and about 80% motivational, no step by step or in-depth analysis approaches.
The author talks about his own financial successes but goes into zero detail. His wealth seems to stem mostly from good fortune. The author is clearly one of those real-estate and * types like robert kiyosaki.
