Pros
God bless them and their amazing works. I listened to this on 2 long plane flights. If you have read his previous books then this is a good book.
He says meditation can help you notice your wandering mind.
Agreements suggest a way to behave in the world that eliminates the false and the unreal. They also simplify your responsibilities. By it's nature it's didactic.
Cons
Like maybe every book in the enlightenment category, it describes something without any workable path to acheive it. They all pretend that they can, which is what i find inauthentic if not fraudulent.

The takeaway is that if the message doesnt come through the first time around hang onto the book and reread it when youve got your stuff in better order
