Pros
A very enjoyable and personal book. Bob harper is also very sensible and makes you feel like you are best friends.
What your calorie is made of (macro nutrients of protein, fat and carbohydrates) is critically important. How your body processes the macro nutrients is another.
Cons
Counting calories does not work for the majority of people. This is similar to 40-30-30 and the zone diets with the added inconvenience and irritation of incessant math and calculations every time you eat.
