Pros & Cons
Pros
He rightly sets the playing field by clearly articulating, personal growth doesn't come from avoiding discomfort and needing everything to be positive.
I find myself nodding and smiling in agreement all the way through. Mason aligns with the buddhist principle that all life is suffering. We can wind up with no more f*cks to give if we aren't careful.
Cons
This is the first time i've regretted a book purchase for a long time. The book is bland, oh so bland. I feel this is because to do so would unravel the fault behind the premise of the entire book.
This ‘exception’ is never really delved into. It soon goes off on total rambles with no discernable structure. Not great. But no. Not for me.
