Pros & Cons
Pros
Organic & nongmo. It works wonderfully! Awesome pungent fresh sprout flavors. Loving the crisp and fresh tasting sprouts.
Easy to sprout. First it sprouts quickly and evenly.
It has a zing to it, an almost peppery/spicy taste. The daikon radish adds a bit of spice and i really enjoy the punch they give a salad. The radish seeds in the mix are hot for some.
One tablespoon of seed gives me a quart of sprouts, every time. Have been using a scant tablespoon of seeds in a quart size jar.
Cons
It looks like a nice mixture of seeds, but it is probably the radish that burns the tongue long after you have swallowed. Made two batches of sprouts, very bitter, overwhelming taste.
