Pros

If you are unaccustomed to greens, i heartily recommend starting with specked peas. These are great for microgreens. Soaked for 24 hours before planting. One if my favorite sprouts, good when grown into micro greens.

Sprinkling some on was fun, if you put too much on the pea shoots take over flavorwise of whatever was on your sandwich, so go lightly if you do this. It gives you crunchiness on your sandwiches but let's you taste your meat and cheese.

The sprout house has good quality seeds and seed mixtures for sprouting. They are prolific and easy to maintain. Better than 98% of the seeds actually sprout.

Bottom line this brand is good quality and easy to grow and i would highly recommend it if you have a sprouting tray

These plastc ontaners are very reliable for keeping sprouts

Then i sprinkled more potting soil on top just enough to cover them and misted them for two days 2x a day

After 3 weeks of keeping them in a rubbermaid celery keeper they reached the top of the container and i decided to eat them seeds and all

The plants got to about 834 in the next day and a half and i cut them all and chopped them up and threw them in the refrigerator

I grew these in an empty vege container did fantastic

I havent sprouted these yet but they are packed well and are keeping nicely

I stored had them in a ziplock sealed container
