It appears, and smells fresh with an interesting aroma. Very fresh and flavorful. However, it is very fragrant and seems to be quite fresh.

Cons

All 3 spices i ordered from spice way have a severe nut warning on the packaging and buried at the end of the product listing. Very flat and little flavor. Use sparingly or go with the inauthentic thyme version.
