They are packaged very well. Fast shipping. Claim to reduce inflammation and heart benefits.

No filler, not irradiated, etc. Love using in my homemade slaw and sprinkling on salads, and in soups.

Fresh fragrance and taste. Very fresh, fragrant and tasty. Flavorful, aromatic and fresh.

Cons

Celery seeds were spread all over the inside of the amazon envelope. This is surely a failure on the part of spice way and the packaging they use. I am now stuck paying $7 for compost.
