As for blowing it up my wife actually had issues with the included pump the nozzle did not want to stay inside and it required so much pumping so i actually just tend to blow it up myself its a size thats manageable to do that but it actually looks like theyve upgraded the pump to an electric one since i got my bed

However the sleeping bag we have thats supposed to cover the whole bed and hook under the bottom is probably a less desirable design because it doesnt stay as well

The side rails didnt keep our three year old from rolling out but he is a rather restless sleeper so im not saying it cant work for another child

The hose kept falling out so it probably wouldve taken less time if this didnt happen
