Each chapter makes a gradual progression to control our mind. Explains every aspect of spirituality in layman's terms. Very nicely explained the way to purify the mind through devotional practice by the great guru swami mukundananda.
Cons
Most of the time, the author beats about the bush and just extends the topic unnecessarily by quoting examples. Very bad packing.
