Pros
Just got this yesterday. I make my own and this comes out perfect. And it is simple to make.
The jar is a little pricey at a little over $15. The large package ensures us that we will have enough for all of our packaged sausage. I use one rounded tablespoon per pound which is close to the recommended ratio and gives it a nice flavor.
Cons
Seal was broken on lid and no paper seal on top of container. Apparently this item is not eligible for return so i wasted my money.
