I think it should add the following a hole for the headphone jack plus the sizing of the pouch should be for the phone and headphones i dont use my mobile phone for music but if i did i would have to buy a larger pouch as this one would not fit the jack

Its not flattering under clothing looks more like a bumbag when attached but it definitely solves the problem for phone carrying

I ordered this as hate wearing arm bands or runners belts as they begin to annoy me after a while and you have to stop to get anything out of them

There is access for a headphone cable tot he phone but unfortunately this does not go into the pocket which is advertised as being water resistant
