Pros

Cold steeping is my preferred method for a great summer refresher. I put 4 bags into 2 quarts of spring water and let it steep for about ten minutes. Make sure to follow directions and only steep for 1-3 minutes.

Pomegranate green tea (decaf) is an excellent product. This is the second container we've bought. Always fresh and flavorful.

Cons

It is not eligible for return so i have to find someone that likes licorice. For $12, not worth it. Lipton has a better one and it's $3. Amazon needs to update it's product picture. The ingredients are not what is pictured.
