I love the boost this tea provides. I enjoy a tea with holy basil and this stuff has it. I guess that might mean that it does help speed up metabolism?

I really like this easy to make the way the tea bags are and the container

The herbs must be of good quality because even if i leave the tea bag in my mug for too long it doesn’t taste burnt

But i bought that from other site it took a while to arrived but it’s worth it for the taste it’s excellent that why i went to amazon

Packaging/appearance

Subtracted a star because it was shipped in soft packaging so the tin was super dented up

I like it only had a few but only bad thing is the entire container was bent in half

It comes in a metal container but lately all 5 teas that i have ordered are coming damaged not sure why
