Pros
All 3 of our mattresses have them. They breathe and with all my sons accidents it has never leaked cracked frayed. It's not a noise that bothers me or the fur kids. It is stretchy and fits the purple mattress just fine.
Cons
It's super disappointing to see how inaccurate their description of this product is. Even more disappointing that they require the buyer to pay return shipping, which is about $20. The warranty is a joke!
It says it’s absorbent. The mattress got soaked with urine considering it was supposed to be liquid proof.
It changes the whole feel of the mattress, and is absolutely plasticy and noisy. Just try folding it, it acts like you are trying to fold a rainbow parachute, it just puffs back up. Gets clammy and uncomfortable.
The protector makes the bed more stiff which negates the purpose of the purple grid. After using the protector, you barely feel the soft gridded top layer anymore. Back to using just the stretchy sheets.
