Feeling stronger too its alright for a lower calorie whey protein does have a gritty taste sometimes as you would expect with a cheaper brandnot the best ive had but may give another flavour a go and see if its any better its ok but taste isnt good as others brand but the value of it is great i started trying to lose weight properly around four weeks ago and have since lost a stone but i was struggling with finding the motivation to exercise
