This product is a very basic, budget-quality creatine. Full of little clumps that wont dissolve (unless you are using boiling-hot water).

I mix it with the protein shake and taste is just fine
Over all not a bad product just dont expect miracles

Not sure about the advised dosage info i was looking online and a lot of people advise using double the dosage recommended for the first 2 weeks to saturate your muscles then switch down to the recommended levels this is what i done and i did notice some results

Not sure about taking it in cycles as well as their is plenty of literature that says this is not necessary

I have only tried two different brands and i also believe that it can be quite difficult to review such a substance in terms of comparing to the same item but of different brand

Do not exceed the recommended doses as creatine can be harmful to the kidneys
