Sisson prompts us to think about the stuff that goes on in our heads the negative chatter we direct at ourselves the endless worrying about things that probably wont happen or that we have no control over or that just wont even affect us in our little lives

I am a big reader so anything that is slightly annoying gets under my skin so for most people just disregard the subtraction of a star and get the book if you are thinking about or have started going primal
