It is required reading for my college senior capstone class. I find the principles and the research underpinning them to be full of depth.
Cons
Stulberg is a genius marketer, but if you're human, you've heard these concepts before. Most of them apply to privileged white men. He has a lot of all or nothing concepts without any evidence that seem like he's extrapolating from his own life.

I typically dont go in for selfhelp books since they tend to hammer home key points with anecdotal story after anecdotal story in a way that would be better served on a blog but brads book doesnt linger longer than needed on any one point
