I find it to be very inspirational, the best self help book i've read. These inner assumptions rule and govern our lives. Loved it, here for it, almost highlighted the entire book.

The author is pretentious and i found some of the book very sexist. Missing info, print is ridiculously small, and tons of errors. This book is toxic.

The author relies heavily on platitudes and generalities. The author just dpews generic everyday cliches.

This is the same tripe that is espoused by much of christianity.

It’s advice is to never display the unhappy side of marriage to your friends. It claims that if she says the truth about the actions of her husband, she is belittling and degrading him.
