Pros

This book is awesome! It's a book you will want to refer back to often. Very highly recommended.

The author uses christianity and it's philosophies profoundly that will surely motivate the reader to help them see pathways out of their personal turmoils. It has a ton of bible scriptures. Especially the melancholy temperament.

Cons

For those of us who are atheist or more spiritual this book is a complete letdown. I happen to be an atheist, and the religious overtones of this book highly offended me.

The description of this book is misleading. Seems like a tease cd that would be free so you would order more cd's but i paid for it.

It is not. Zero science. Up to you but from my standpoint. Save yourself the 1.
