The book paints all negative feeling emotions as a bad thing as well. Ironically the author needs to check his ego.

The book has a couple of decent parts. I actually find it unlistenable! It is overwritten and highly overrated. This is easily the worst audiobook i've ever heard.

But oy. Put it down, then tried agin a few days later. Falsey claims the 'now' has no time dimension.
