Succinct and actionable. It's a very engaging and interesting read. This is a book i would read in my early twenties and again in my thirties if someone had recommended it.
A single principle (cue -> rouine - > reward) is reinforced throughout this book. It really causes you to critically think with introspection about the 3 parts of the cue, routine and reward.

The rest of the book is all stories about habits but nothing insightful. At worst it's dangerous dogma that glorifies corporate knee-* reactions and justifies massive micromanagement.
