Pros
It is structured in 3 discovering mindset, understanding mindset and changing mindset. One thing that i found a little repetitive is the numerous studies that the author presents with a lot of details.
Thanks to netgalley and ben bella books (again) for the arc. This book is easy to read and put into action.
It's an easy, enjoyable read. It relaxes me a lover of reading. This certainly contributes to make the points clear and credible.
Cons
This book does not provide a substantive road map to make a positive shift. It mostly points examples of people who stay positive in light of trying circumstances.
