If you are in a leadership position or your job is to communicate to others this is highly recommended because it doesnt matter how great and awesome your ideas are if you dont know how to sell them 💡 it will be just that an idea and it will be a waste of a good idea

One is to fail fast figure out which assumptions are wrong as early as possible
