My husband snores bad whenever he is laying on his back
When he is wearing this it greatly helps stop the snoring as he is unable to open his mouth when wearing it you just have to be sure you tighten it to where it does not allow you to open your mouth up too much
I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to not snore or who is trying to find something to get their loved ones to stop keeping you up at night with their snoring
It velcros at the top to keep it on and the velcro is pretty long so it is pretty adjustable to fit any size head
