Pros & Cons
Pros
Use it to stretch out and loosen your pecs. For low back, use it on your hamstrings. It gets deep into my flared muscles & joints.
No more gnarled hands and fingers. It's great for loosening tight areas. Back to using my thumbs when working on the scalene insertion.
Cons
The biggest problem is that if you have any lotion in your hands from doing soft tissue, this thing is slippery! It's hard to hold on to it and you end up gripping it too hard.
