Pros & Cons
Pros
It is a roadmap that if followed will simplify your life and get you focused on your one thing. It whittles everything down to the essentials and forced you to look in the mirror and choose to live life with no regrets. Clarity is a must.
Cons
Everything about this book is overblown and a complete waste of money. There are literally 15+ chapters of what could be summarized in like 2.
Quit multitasking. The author should have spent more time elaborating upon examples where doing one particular thing could help the average person towards his or her goals. One thing" is deceptive and misleading.
The author continuously makes pedantic points that are somewhat disingenuous. It also contradicts itself.
