This book explains all you need to know about eating healthy and staying healthy. Red meat is not bad. This is not a diet, it's a lifestyle upgrade.

Glucose stored in the liver forms a chain called glycogen. The pancreas begins to produce a different hormone called glucagon. It signals the liver to break down stored glycogen and turn it back into glucose.

This appears to be a fake copy of this book. It reads like someone who does not speak english as a first language. It could easily be distilled down to a 10 page pamphlet.

As a nephrologist he should know better. He uses studies that show their efficacy and fails to acknowledge it outright.
