Pros & Cons
Pros
The no complaining rule is a business parable set in a technology company struggling with employee engagement. Simple and practical approach to self improvement.
A powerful lesson that we should all try to incorporate into our lives. Inspiration and insight that transform lives. A very engaging way and highlights important principals to everyday life.
Cons
The story was poorly written, not to mention the size 18 font and emoticons. The actual topics brought up in the book are overly simplistic, and presented in a manner fitting for a middle-schooler.
