I toss them in sink with hot, soapy water when done and let them soak until i'm ready to wash/rinse. Only caveat is that they still smelled a little savory after being washed so hopefully that won't transfer to future cupcakes.
Use for meat cups, small muffins, and cupcakes. Been frozen with mini meatloaf, they are superb.
Cons
The reusable silicone cups are not dishwasher safe as it claims. You have to scrub every crevice of every liner to get them clean.

The cupcakes just fall out of them after cooking and their sturdiness means you dont even need a cupcake pan
