This medium cooling neck pillow is fabulous! I’m mainly a side sleeper & it’s great for neck support! The cooling feature is nice, although you mainly just feel it for the first few minutes you lay on it.

There is nothing "memory foam" about this and my neck hurt terribly after using it. The pillow is so small that there is at least 4 inches of extra pillowcase on the side of it; therefore, the pillowcase is uncomfortable because the pillow moves aroun... Read More

This new version is not as conforming and feels like the cheaper foam you'd find in a couch cushion. This new one is much stiffer and appears to be made of different foam than my older pillow.
