Pros
The handles are firm and sturdy. The rivets are spaced perfectly for massaging your back. It is very easy to maneuver in your hands and massage any part of your body.
Really impressed by the sturdiness of the roller. The price point is very fair. I order the advanced massage roller from gonzo group and it is one solid piece of equipment. Built very sturdy and lightweight.
Cons
This one is very hard, and left me feeling bruised. It ia painful even rolling it on skin or muscle nevermind if you happen to roll over bone.

I am a bit smaller built and more bony so i find the little knobs on each roller to be more painful than i would like them to be but i think for many people it would be exactly what they are looking for
