A bit fussy, but worth the extra effort. The dishes are always a big hit and the flavor is a concert of high-notes and savory splashes. The porcini rubbed steak is also fabulous.

    As with any restaurant cookbook there are recipes here that i will probably never make because of the many steps involved in the preparation
