Pros
Elaine petrone miracle balls allow you to release tension and malalignment. Pops my back, stretches my back and aligns it. This is less stiff and will help me move into a foam roller down the road.
The book that comes in this set is very helpful on how to use the ball. I find it quite remarkable. Highly recommended. This is the 4th set i have purchased over 10-15 years.

These exercises work but i find it very hard to follow a book especially when lying on the floor so i don’t do them often
