The mindfulness workbook for ocd was created to discuss how mindfulness can be used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder. It's one of those rare books that actually addresses the manifestations of ocd beyond physical compulsions.
The authors are understanding and nonjudgmental. It has a good balance of background information and explanation supported by practical application.
i have ocd and my girlfriend suffers from anxiety. Mindfulness is a super important thought process and i am so excited to see a workbook that incorporates that idea with ocd. It addresses the true needs of those who suffer ocd.

It's hard to find a book that will be helpful for my ocd.

I wasn’t sure what would save me from this disorder or if anything could but as i am reading it’s allowing me to realize the bigger picture it won’t hurt to try it out and if it doesn’t help although i’m sure it would amazon will refund you

I dont have cleaning checking or organization compulsions so there is a lot of that in this book which i have been skipping
