The reason i picked up this book is because i have been on both sides of the coin. Full of anectodes and practical exercises. Some of the book contains fluff, but the content makes up for it.
Based on psychological testing. Luck is not from psychic power, it's more the consequence of how you behave and how you view your daily life. I find the results of the study very convincing.
