Lots of solid, no-nonsense advice and encouragement from michael. Since i had the audible version of this book, the print outs & supplemental material are a huge plus.

The book is loaded with little gems sprinkled throughout. The ice cold shower is a game changer.
Cons
It seems painfully redundant especially if you read books with any regularity. Isn't it a bit of a shortcut to sacrifice someone else to show you're serious about success?

I am usually the person who just rushes through reading self help books without doing the writing prompts and exercises

The book is designed in four sections with short chapters within each section some as short as 5 pages so reading came very easily

The only change i would make to it is mike continually uses the words should or have to when discussing starting exercising and i dont particularly find that mindset motivating
