Pros & Cons
Pros
Brad thor is a premier writer of spy thrillers. I understand this is brad thor's first novel, so i was willing to give it a little leeway. Although written in 2002, many of his storylines parallel those in today's world.
One of the absolute best. Hard to put down. Loved it. Keep up the good work mr.
Cons
Give me a effing break. Painful to follow. Not likeable at all.
This novel launches a series of 20 novels that dog whistle to conservative, conspiracy-minded, white neocon men. The incredulity factor hit 10 early on while empathy remained at 0. Very juvenile writing, james bond for elementary school.

Harvaths agony over the loss of his friends was very real but the poor marksmanship of the bad guys ones who were supposed to be the cream of the crop was a little surreal
