Pros
The characters are believable and keep you guessing until the end. The end is explosive and tragic, but the story ends with a bright and shiny rainbow. Connelly has certainly become one of my favorite authors.
Mickey haller is the man. He never asks if his client is innocent or guilty but concerns himself with the best defense he can muster. I know netflix made a series and it was good but matthew mcgoneghy will always in my mind be mickey haller.
Read this after watching the limited series on netflix. It is enjoyable and will definitely read the next in series. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
After watching the first season of the lincoln lawyer on netflix i was intrigued by it and decided to read it. The only drawback, the last 5 books are not on kindle umlimited.
The book summary lays out the premise of the story. That is a relationship that has remained constant and unchanged.
Cons
The only reason i've kept at it this long is because i loved the harry * books. It was rushed and unclear at the end. The other blunder mc did is that this book ends exactly the same way as the previous one.

I only picked this one up because i wanted to watch the movie and then maybe the series but if somethings based on a book i have to read said book first
