I had been using a set of standard aluminum crutches prior to getting these but the angle that you have to hold the handles was giving me nerve damage in my hands and every step hurt my hands more than my leg pretty sure thats not how thats supposed to work

One of my handles was loose and the company emailed me back stating it was safe but it was still annoying

I hope yall can design something on the end of the crunch for all crutches so it wont go through the stopper as often this cost a lot only once i have seen a fix on millennial then it was gone can you fix this for all me i have one leg i am 58 ive been this way since i was 14 its time to fix this please i have never hade crutches like these i onley have had aluminum crutches and wood so the handles are wonderful and the crutches are strong and sturdy but the spring in the bottom of the crutches need not to drop so much and stronger and then the bottom of the cratch need to be rounded so it wont cut through the stopper with in 2 months i would like to by a set of these and if you see crutches like i describe i would by them

You have to get use to the handles only working on one side due to the comfortable design of the grip

The spring assist actually makes climbing stairs even more challenging and if im nauseated the bounce really doesnt help
