Pros

When you beat a shrine, you get spirit orbs. Hyrule’s castle is well guarded with guardians, though you can easily deflect their beam while running.



Cons

There's no great payoff for the shrines except a fast travel point, the spirit orb, and maybe an occasional bit of amber to sell for rupees. The cooking mechanic feels like an unnecessary tack on, that detracts from the already paper thin story.

The story is a uninspired, the game world is empty and stagnant. An empty map filled to the brim with garbage. As an open world rpg, it feels rather bland and empty.

Hype is very confusing to me, because the snes zelda was leaps and bounds better than this but critics love this game. But slapping a zelda label on a new assassin's creed game is not nearly as interesting or groundbreaking as people want to think it ...  Read More

    That being said i havent played some of the more recent versions largely due to the price point of nintendos first party games and the fact that they keep their value well in the preowned market so fair warning some features that are new to me may not be new to you
