As alex and connor are twelve a fact i think most forget or just ignore which is borderline on 13 which is considered a teen and by many a young adult so this book while intended for children isn’t gonna be a disney fairytale written with ink or some disney jr or descendants book adaption

Most adults specially parents complain of a lack of innocence or some construed misplaced mature themes but i’ll argue you this in this age of pandemics technology and social media children are exposed to mature concepts all the time

We will always be exposed no matter what age to the rough edges of the world— no matter how many layers of sunscreen or gates or screen time restrictions

But books like this inspire me to think why wait and that if i shall reminisce for this moment in the future why not indulge now for control is present

This book is the best book my child has read so far she said that she could not put it down and that it had great stuff like how it went forward and it didnt just stay in one place she said they should totally make a movie out of the series she said it ranked up to the harry potter series like it was her 2nd favorite book series and harry potter was the 1st
