Pros & Cons
Pros
Only they look a lot like those clear, colorful rubbery dog toys. Would buy form this seller again.
Works great to run along fascia areas of your body and massage them. Firm yet flexible point really helped ease out my very painful muscle knots. They work very well on sore muscles.
It's the only one that neither tires the hand holding it when doing an extended massage session, nor digs too deeply/pointedly in the spot being massaged. Very well shaped, good construction, that can be self-used or by a massage provider.
Using the knobble ii makes the task easier than using your thumb. Apply pressure with one hand while directing the tool about with the other. It's easy to grip and the sides can be used to apply pressure as well as the main stub.

Id tried practically everything foam rollers expensive massages until i just devolved into rolling around on the floor on a tennis ball or golf ball to get that pressure i needed on the right spot until the ball slipped away where i would then retrieve and repeat
