Regular size fits for her 20lb'er (cat). My cat who is about 13 pounds fits through the xl one easily and it keeps the dogs out.

The cat door is so cute, easy to install and works as needed! It’s literally so cute & classy to add to our door! Also, it is really cute.

The ones they provide are okay but it seems they loose their tackiness very quickly. They’re very flimsy. It smells like a freaking port-o-potty air freshener.
