Pros
I love the notations on the board for moves. The board has a nifty feature. If i have any reservations, it's the durability to the hook locks that keep the board closed together.
It is perfect! My only critique. It is so beautifully crafted. The craftsmanship is very good.
Arrived in plenty of time for wrapping before christmas. I enjoy all the compliments this beautiful the set gets.
Cons
My new chess set is unplayable. Terrible craftsmanship, especially for the price. Pieces were roughly finished and very lightweight.

I was able to hide the shipping box from the family and sneak it into the trash
Unfortunately the company sent the postal shipping box stamped with a chess set logo
I emailed the seller and almost immediately got a reply that they were shipping new inserts

I repurposed the packing paper that came in my amazon box by folding it behind the shells to better secure the pieces and keep them from rattling in the shell but better inserts for the pieces would probably be the best way to improve this set

The claps that hold folding board closed look frigid storage compartment molded treys also look fragile
