Pros & Cons
Pros
Book twos always seem to be the travel story arcs, but this is a travel book done well. Book one is fantastic, and it continues magnificently. I’m not sure why the books i love are the hardest to write reviews for.
The hunger of the gods is the second book in the new bloodsworn saga trilogy by john gwynne. I hope uspa is reunited with bjarn and breca finds the other bloodsworn.
Elvar is another fierce female that doesn't take flak from anyone. Her courage, conviction, and heart is astounding. The world is not ready for her, and her unimaginable cruelty.
Cons
The plot machinations are so obvious that you want characters to die just to red wedding it up a bit. Tries to take inspiration from nordic tales and fails.
