Great book, easy read, very enlightening. That and nutritional information is this books strength! The author gives some good natural approaches as well as mentioning bio-identical hormones.
Cons
I find it incredulous that a harvard-trained physician would promote a diagnostic tool that has such basic flaws. I'm still interested in dr gottfried's other works, but discovering that her shakes have all kinds of nasties that she preaches against, ... Read More
