The conditioner goes on soft and smoothly. The product isn't super thick, but definitely has enough substance to be a valid conditioner.
The easy dispense container makes using easier. These bottles also travel much better than some other shampoo bottles with awkward-shaped pumps. They fit quite nicely in a gallon-size ziploc bag and then in a suitcase.
Cons
The smell of this product is repulsive. The sweet almond smell is just *. I like the light almond scent but this product make both my kids itchy and caused dry skin. My scalp, forehead, and neck are red & covered in hives.

I find this stuff to be decently hydrating if i use a quite a bit of it and let it sit in my hair for five minutes but as someone with very poofy hair this simply doesnt weigh it down enough
