Match the adhesive sticker to the lift hand note that there is a curved and a flat side on either edge of the sticker

Peel off one side of the sticker and attach it to the plastic handle

At this point to make your life easier i would encourage you to peel of the other side of the adhesive cover on the doublesided sticker a little to make your life easier when it is adhered to the plastic handle see picture

As others have stated this probably wont stick well to a toilet seat that isnt flat underneath
